Getting Started With Therapy
Please read this section thoroughly so you understand my intake process, fee structure, hours of operation, etc.
I'm currently providing teletherapy-ONLY Monday-Thursday in Colorado and California.
Business Hours
Monday-Thursday 9 am - 5 pm MST
Teletherapy meetings are conducted over HIPAA-compliant Zoom.
Teletherapy Sessions should be held in a Private Room, from a Computer vs. in public, from a car, on a cell phone.
Availability
I'm currently taking new patients.
Starting Therapy
We begin therapy with a 2 hour trial therapy in which we'll mutually determine the underlying difficulties that drive your current symptoms/problems and then decide if my treatment approach is appropriate for you. There is no promise of ongoing treatment.
Fee Structure
~Initial 2 hour trial therapy session: $375
~60 minute follow up sessions: $200
Payment and Insurance
In Colorado only, I am paneled with: Aetna, Oxford, United Healthcare, Oscar Health, and Anthem Blue Cross/Shield PPO ONLY
California Clients private pay only
Forms of Payment
I accept Venmo, Zelle, and Ivy Pay (an auto-billing service that I add 2.75% of the session cost)
Payment is due the day of the session and is the responsibility of the client to send
